Features:
The buttons are made of JK10.2 Grade of carbide.
The main application scenarios are of quarrying, excavating, water
well drilling.
Oil & gas industry is another domain of these buttons' application,
such as Tricone Bits, percussion Bits, etc.
All the buttons made of 100% virgin materials - powder of tungsten
carbide and cobalt.
The average grain size is between 1.6 to 2.0 um, with hardness
ranging from 89.5 to 90.5 HRA.
Divided by the shapes of the crown of the buttons, there are
ball-shaped buttons and parabolic shaped buttons.
The former is good at compressive strength and high impact
strength, are usually used in hard rock formations.
The latter has high excavation efficiency, are usually used in
medium hard conditions.
